Welcome to our new Reception children and their families.
We are really looking forward to welcoming you to Swaffield Reception.
Starting school is a key moment in life and our aim is to make it as enjoyable an experience as possible for your child and for you.

Dates for your Diary
- Teddy Bears' Picnic
Thursday 6th June 2024 at 4pm (time tbc): for our new Reception children and their families at which you will be able to meet your child’s teacher, Swaffield staff, other children and their families, as well as get to know Swaffield a little better.
It will be on Thursday 6th June starting around 4pm - please put the date and time in your diary and we’ll confirm the time and let you have more information as soon as we can. - Swaffield Summer Fair
Saturday 29th June 2024: 12pm to 3pm
You're invited to come along to our Summer Fair which
will be full of family fun! More details will be shared soon.
Start Dates
Children joining Reception have staggered start dates so that we can help everyone settle in - you will be given a start day on our correspondence with you.

Our Autumn Term 2024 starts for pupils in Years 1 to 6 on Wednesday 4th September 2024.
